Reliable Equipment Sales owner Elise Vaughn didn’t set out to memorize everything there is to know about pumps and pump parts but growing up in the company with her father, Fraij Yapoujian, who founded Reliable in Connecticut in 1991, she seemed destined to become the resident knowledge keeper of everything pumps and process.
